Tim Hortons – Multiple Stores
Tim Hortons, a Canadian Coffee branch opened various new locations across NI offering sit in or drive thru options for customers. Ard Contracts completed three new stores.
Templemore Baths
A £17m regeneration project situated in East Belfast. This historic Victorian building has undergone a redevelopment with new swimming and leisure facilities and a new interactive visitor centre. The extension has allowed spectator seating, a gym, spa facilities and changing room.
RCSI Connolly Hospital
This new Education and Research Centre will increase capacity for RCSI’s translational research and will be the location for a new paediatric allergy research centre.
Microsoft City Quays
Situated along Belfast’s waterfront, City Quays is a £275 million, office led regeneration project which will have various different tenants.
Flannels
Frasers Group have opened their second Flannels store within the Republic of Ireland situated in St Patrick’s Street, Cork. The luxury clothing store carries menswear, womenswear and junior from various different designer brands and is spread over three floors.
Roe Valley Integrated School
A new, modern primary school based in Limavady, Co Derry. This school includes seven classrooms, a multipurpose hall, library facilities and two resource areas to cater for 200 pupils and staff members.

Shimna Integrated College is 10,000m2 spread over three storey’s. The new college will deliver modern state-of-the-art, energy efficient facilities for a wide range of students. The college will provide educational needs for 620 pupils.
