Ballycastle Shared Education Campus
A new state of the art campus, the project will support learning and sports facilities for Ballycastle High School and Cross and Passion College. The new campus will accommodate 1,200 students from both schools and be constructed on the current sites.
Dorchester House Aparthotel
Work on site will see a former 10 storey office building extended and redeveloped to create a 136-unit aparthotel, which offers a mix of studio, one bedroom and co-living apartments and a ground floor café.
Letterkenny Community Nursing Unit
This new state of the art, 110 bed Community Nursing Unit will provide a mixture of long and short stay beds for patients as well as providing a rehabilitation centre.

Situated in Buchanan Street, Glasgow’s busiest shopping street, Nike are refurbing their current store. The work will include the reconfiguration of the 1,275m shop which spans across two levels.
